Would something like this be possible with Shockwave?
User initially downloads Shockwave app from internet.
Shockwave app stores large asset files onto user's
hard drive - audio files for example.
Next time user comes back to site (weeks later)
user just receives Shockwave app, but uses assets that
were stored on the hard drive.
