Hi Kerry
Quick couple of questions for you:
1). When you marked it as download if needed, did it reach out and find the
Xtra or did it display an error dialogue?
2). Did you try to uncheck the box... and then save and compact the movie,
then go back in and recheck it?
3). if number 1 above failed, do you have an active internet connection on
your authoring machine and does it require any proxy settings that you
forgot to set under file -> options -> network
4). Did you try to hit the url in the xtrainfo.txt file with a web browser
to see what would happen.. does it error out or does something attempt to
download
5). Did you hit a tree on the way down the side of a mountain while skiing
:-)
