Ah, that's your problem. I can't say why without breaking an NDA but if you
uninstall the SW 3D Beta and reinstall the shipping version, I'm sure
everything works spiffy again. The public beta is not compatible with
downloadable Xtras yet.

BTW downloaded SW safe Xtras are stored in a folder 'downloads' in the SW
Xtras folder. But that folder is probably not there because no Xtras were
downloaded.
