Just if they are "imported", or once they are placed in the score? If
you have elements on top of the Flash movie in the score (on the stage),
then it may be that the Flash movie is not recieving mouse events. This
can also happen if your movie is in a loop or waiting in the tempo
channel for a cue point, or if there is another sprite running
directToStage and the Flash sprite is not.
Do you have the movie waiting for a cue point in one of the audio
sprites?
