Sure--it depends on the medium. If it's coming off CD, I'd go with a higher
data rate than for a Web video. Or, more precisely, a higher average bit
rate, since I tend to use Sorensen 2 and VBR. The higher data rate gives
the option of higher quality and a bigger picture while saving some strain
on the CPU.
