Has anyone worked with PrintOMatic?
If so, perhaps you could answer this for me.
I get it to work fine on a Mac. I have tested so far on 3 PC's and only one
of them worked.
The two whose machines did not work sent back the same problems:
When I clicked the button, the print dialog box came up and I was able
toclick the print button. The document was added to my queue, and the green
"printing" light came on my printer. However, after 20 minutes nothing
happened - green light kept blinking, queue showed doc still there, so I
cancelled.
We have to send the alpha to the client tomorrow, so any suggestions would
be certainly useful.
I am off to search the archives.
I alos talked to the developers of PrintoMatic and they said that it was a
memory issue. But I was only printing a 100K file. Does this make sense?
