Not everywhere. Works perfectly for me with D8 projects on both Win 2k and
98.
BTW, i tested the "otto.ini" file functions this morning (see:

Thanks a lot well documented fellows...
Someone said that the message window do not work with full screen
projectors. In fact, it simply pop up behind the projector window (also
closing in the same time) , so... alt-tab command and... et voila! You got
the message window when you need it at any time with "MessageWindow=1". I
*love* this.
