Thanks for your reply - that's what I'm guessing too . It's just that I wanted to make
sure that my script was working OK. Can I assume
that if it woeks on Mac it will works on PC - the script that is. It's easy to
uninstall QT in Mac by dragging extensions and control
panel out of active group. It's curious though. Thanks again
