I had this problem before. Also you have to ensure you give enough time to
Director to finish the fade before jumping.

My music file is in channel 4. However, on running the movie,the music plays
but does not become softer i.e. fadeout. The scenes stop, the music
continues then the movie still ends abruptly.
Is the sound (). volume command correct?
