Not a Lingo question, but I'm curious.

I just bought an audio CD that includes an enhanced CD. The enhanced CD was
done in Director (actually, it's quite funny - the author made all of his
assets invisible, but didn't protect the dir movies, so I copied the CD to
HD, used resedit to make the files visible, and I've been poking around in
them. Nothing but library behaviors, so I suppose he didn't feel it was
necessary to protect). Nowhere in the program or packaging is there a MACR
logo.

I thought ALL cd projects had to have the MACR logo on screen for 4 seconds,
or on the packaging. Is it possible to get an exception to this policy from
MACR, or did this guy just ignore distribution requirements?
