This almost looks like you wrote it on April 1st.

Is it Sorenson or MPEG2? Are you really streaming MPEG2? When you 
made the movie with its cue points, was the text track set to 
preload, and did you do a save as, to give the file a chance to lay 
itself out nicely?

In any case, I think that the movie is just demanding, and that when 
your client tries it it's not on as powerful a machine as yours. You 
could reduce the chances of hitching, etc, by making the key frames 
more often. Sometimes Sorenson compressed video has key frames set to 
every ten seconds or so, which means that if the movie hitches it 
will hitch for perhaps ten seconds before recovering. Setting the key 
frames to more like every two seconds will mean that if it hitches, 
it will recover much sooner.
