If your project is windows only, your best bet might be to try an activeX
control that does sound recording.

I know of one a friend of mine liked,
http://www.hallogram.com/nctwavrecord/.

There are probably a few free controls if you can spend the time to look
around.

How about setting its volume to 0, or a video-only QT, or member("QT").sound
= 0

Thanks for the response, but I'm looking for the solution that permits sound
to be recorded while video is playing. Anyone?
