Thanx Jakob. I'll remember your explanation the next time my boss is standing over my shoulder, twiddling his fingers and asking "How much longer?" :-P
I solved the xtra download problem too. If a gotoNetMovie is issued from movie A, where movie A doesn't have the xtra required in movie B in its xtra list, the download gets botched up. In my case, I had a generic preloader movie which used the barest of xtras. When the main movie was downloaded, the xtras needed for it weren't available nor getting downloaded. Quick fix: add all required xtras into the loader movie as well. Holds out pretty fine. Pranav Negandhi New Media Applications. Learnet India Limited, Mumbai. This is a very common phenomena, and studies shows it is caused by altered behavioral patterns of the human entities in the proximity of project-related machines. The human entities begin emitting rapid and fragmented actions, which have a heavily degrading effect on the performance and reliability of any machines in the vicinity. <snip> [To remove yourself from this list, or to change to digest mode, go to http://www.penworks.com/lingo-l.cgi To post messages to the list, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Problems, email [EMAIL PROTECTED]) Lingo-L is for learning and helping with programming Lingo.
