My strong impression is that (at least the majors) will not issue a Visa/MasterCard other than with PayWave/PayPass installed and enabled. I happened to be in a Bendigo branch recently, and enquired. They said that the only way to avoid PayWave/PayPass is to use an ATM card. So I'll be very interested in the information that people can get from: - CPS - ANZ - Bendigo -- Roger Clarke http://www.rogerclarke.com/ Xamax Consultancy Pty Ltd 78 Sidaway St, Chapman ACT 2611 AUSTRALIA Tel: +61 2 6288 6916 http://about.me/roger.clarke mailto:[email protected] http://www.xamax.com.au/ Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Law University of N.S.W.
