... will that become "drive-thoughts" or the ultimate 'click-through', the 
realisation of true 'consumer traffic' with 'real' volume? What is margin of 
being able to buy-in to 'automated' routes because any algorithm worth it's 
salt will 'flock' traffic as this is a known survival mode - read increased 
traffic flow efficiency, 'real time' insurance adjustment - the benefits are 
endless ;)

Then there is vision of vehicular malware and roads under the influence of a 
DDOS attack, or sad story of the family who couldn't evacuate a declare 
brushfire zone that crosses that arterial ...
"YouTube is buffering" has a new slant, as your airbags explode into you, and 
your hamburger & fries  ...

(guess I've just enjoyed too many dystopian yarns or remain cynically 
optimistic)
