iiNet has been doing something similar in Canberra. Upgrading old
TransACT feeds to VDSL2 and convincing customers who were with other
ISPs to sign up with iiNet. It takes a pretty savvy customer to realise
that they can have TransACT VDSL2 with their current ISP. In essence,
iiNet is exploiting the situation to poach customers.
