Every company operating in China must operate under Chinese law and must have
party members in its hierarchy.
It's similar in some ways to Kapersky, which operates in Russia under Russian
law, but also to Cisco which operates in the US and can be "forced" by the US
government to do almost anything in secret with a gag order.
It's just your choice of poison.
Perhaps OS is the way to go.
