Since we are n the subject of setup. I was testing some calls from the Linphone app that I have setup on my Windows Phone 8 Nokia Lumia 925. I called one of my fellow employees on their work line Polycom 501 phone and the audio was awful. I sounded like a lizard with its tongue out talking at the same time. I tried calling their mobile phone using the Linphone and still the same awful audio. I am setup with a Sip account on Vocalocity. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can configure the sip > profiles in the preferences without using the wizard though. Changing the preferences directly does not work either. I can put in the name and user name, but I cannot change the domain part of the SIP adress. Linphone uses my local LAN adress as SIP domain, but I have to set there my actually used SIP server, but I cannot change the content in that field. I can´t delete the local IP adress in that field. Somehow the whole setup process seems broken... _______________________________________________ Linphone-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/linphone-users
