Yes, I ran the echo canceller more than one time and still no luck. The quality of the call was good other than the echo on the customer end of the phone call. They said it was pretty bad too.

There is a button in the settings->audio settings->options->echo canceller calibration. Click on it and retry, and tell us if the situation improved.
