Ken Clapp of Phoenix Home Life Mutual Insurance wrote and presented an SNTP
server for OS/390 USS. It was presented at SHARE Boston and Long Beach and is
available from the CBT Tape site. As it is coded in assembler is should be
portable to VM.

This would allow the sync of the Linux LPAR/Guests to the sysplex timer.
