IIRC, when you use the second port, you define a second pair of device
addresses for it.  So, as far as the LCS emulation on the OSA is concerned,
you are actually talking about two different LCSs, at two different device
addresses.  For each, the LCS logical adapter number will be 0.  Adapter
number 0 or 1 is used in the OAT, when you associate the device addresses to
the port number.

Of course, if you can address both ports through the same device address,
then the LCS logical adapter number will be used.
