UDB 7.2 install problems on SuSE 7.2

I am trying to run the ./db2setup on Linux390

I am getting the followinfg errors:
./db2inst: error while loading shared libraries:
libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3: cannot load shared object file: No such file
or directory

Where should I get the most recent package, should I be pulling down an
RPM?
