Bill,

You can find the library in the "compat" package in the a1 series on the
first CD of the Developer's Kit of the SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 7. You
can use YaST to install/add the package to your "regular" SLES 7 from the
Developer's Kit CDs.

jws@bismarck:/lib> rpm -qf /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3
compat-2001.9.23-1
jws@bismarck:/lib>
