This says that when you looked there was one sitting
in the E-list. The rest says that 67% of storage is in use
by in-queue virtual machines. Knowing that over time Linux
will use all memory you give it, the question is whether
the remaining free storage is enough to convince CP that it
is wise to take on more work. It is not really the 33%
because your (default) SRM parameters may tell it to use
only part of your storage for Q3 virtual machines.

Do not listen to the end-users or application folks who tell
you how big the virtual machine must be if they come from an
Intel machine. These machines were not sized by need but by
catalogue or budget. On Intel too much memory probably does
not hurt, but for virtual machines it helps to make them
lean. Look at my apache servers:

Even though my Linux images build a working set close to their virtual
machine size, since they are fairly small CP can load them in easily.

I think this looks much more healthy to run your penguins.
