I am running into this same problem when adding the claw driver on our
new SuSE system. It created the c7000.o module for 2.4.7-SMP, but the
kernel we run is the 2.4.7-SuSE-SMP, so it won't load at ipl time. Is
there any other way to fix this other than change the init.d scripts?
