I would seriously doubt that there is anything available that will allow
assembler source compatibility of indexed data access between OS/390 and
Linux.  The access method would undoubtedly be vastly different.

If you have COBOL code, you might want to check out the three COBOL vendors
for Linux for S/390, they may be reasonably source compatible with COBOL for
OS/390.  They may even offer an assembler based access method.
