I have a native LPAR running Redhat and my sysprog has setup a shared ESCON channel to have access this lpar also. What should I need to do to make this new channel show up in /proc/chandev and/or /proc/subchannels?
This new channel will be used to connect to a CIP router via the CLAW
protocol, if it makes any difference. At this point I simply want to be
able to see the subchannels from linux.
Thanks,
-Jere
