Hi, Currently we use Omegamon to identify problems on OS/390, and a fine tool it is :)
Are there similar "performance monitoring" type tools are out there for Linux? What are others using? IBM are offering us Tivoli, anybody have any experience using it with Linux? (Vendor input is welcome, but if this would contravene list policy please reply direct!) We're SuSe on z/800 under z/VM, just piloting at the moment, but will be running Samba File & Print server as our first "production" application. Thanks for any comments!
