Wow, I sure got lots of replies to this. There seems to be a lot of controversy over what the best editor is for Linux. On the IBM Linux Tools for Developers page that someone posted, I counted approximately 53 different Linux editors.
I guess as several have pointed out, I will have to learn a little VI to get by, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.
