Storagetek has a VM version of it's silo manager that can be fairly easily
called from Linux with a minimum of hacking. I've also used RMS via rexec to
the VM system to manipulate the libraries. In LPAR mode, well, yep, there's
not much there.

Too bad TSM only supports FCP/SCSI-attached drives from the Linux TSM
server....sigh. We won't go there again. Forget I even mentioned it.
