(Note that to recieve email by SMTP you have to have a permanent DNS
address of some sort.)

One problem with SquirellMail: It uses frames. Thus it requires
something not all browsers would provide. I.e: me when testing it from a
remote shell. But also any many of the browsers of cellular phones.

What other webmails do you recommend? And obvious candidate is
Horde/IMP. What about JAWMail ? PHPGroupWare?

Note that I look for a simple webmail client. Something that should be
as light as possible (though for me support for multiple imap folders is
a must).
