Actually, you can hide a group of IIS servers behind load-balancers from
F5 Networks, Foundary Networks or even an old Cisco Local Director,
coupled with a nice strong firewall, and make it very difficult to
finger-print the OS by IP Stack. Theres a good chance that this is why
you see "unknown OS" in a some of the entries - no guarantees though.
