Wow!  DB2 with Unlimited clients is alot cheaper than that!  There was a
presentation at the last Tech Conference given by Klaus Bergmann that
discussed large scale DB2 deployments on Linux.  I'm not sure if it is
online anywhere (you might want to check linuxvm.org). If not, since
Klaus monitors this list, perhaps he can send it to you... :)
