Hi David! There are a couple of situations that cause Linux to go into this wait state. For identifying the cause, please - identify the exact kernel build level. For doing so, please send us the content of /proc/version of the guest. - recover the system messages. Have a look at /var/log/messages, which is sorted by time-stamp. Please send us the last 50 lines that were logged before you IPLed the guest again [make sure not to send the whole file to the mailing list- can be _very_ long!].
