Yes, you can use PPRC-XD with FCP SCSI, but you will need to use ICKDSF to
manage the PPRC connection (or use the Specialist console).  Linux cannot
manage PPRC links.

And since we're talking about FCP, note that the ESS-ESS connection can
also be FCP now.
