Make sure you have an X server running on your desktop, and SSH in.  Check
to make sure your DISPLAY environment variable is set with echo $DISPLAY.
If it is, then just start the installer at that point.

We just copied the data into a directory and set up an NFS link to it.

On the other hand, we just want to install DB2/Connect for testing.  the
db2setup/db2install script installs the whole thing.  It seems to want some
kind of graphics interface for installation.  Anyone have any ideas or links
about how to set this up?
