If there is even one module that is not in a subdirectory, go ahead and do
the same. If they are _all_ in a subdirectory, make one for cmsfs.

While I'm looking at CMS FS (the module, the driver),
should it be installed in /lib/modules/2.4.21/kernel/fs
or in /lib/modules/2.4.21/kernel/fs/cmsfs? Most FS modules
go in a sub-dir. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me,
because most of those appear to have only one file.
(Why have a sub-dir to hold just one file??)

The ./configure script presently reports

*** will install module to '/lib/modules/2.4.21/kernel/fs'

for 2.4 kernels.
(Obviously these examples are at the .21 level.)
Just trying to be consistent.

Lemme know what y'all want.

Thanks.
