I think 'recent' in this context is 3.xx. That not the whole truth, but in right context that is true. It was always intention to make it freely available and i would not made this if it would not been freely available (meaning the customized release bases on RHEL3 sources). It just came out as 'Tao Linux' as i was joining that project. So 'no problem'. It's nice once for a while to give back something to this 'community'. I've used so much software which contains millions of hours volunteer work.
