Network->Basic - Network Card Configuration.  Tab to [Change...], hit
enter.  Tab to [Edit], hit enter.  Tab to the entry field under IP
Address, make your changes.  Tab to [Next], hit enter.  [Finish] should
be highlighted, hit enter.  Your interface address should be changed.

Here, Here...   It's a nice tool, fairly intuitive, and you don't have
