I want to match z/VM' TOD and z/Linux' time.
(z/Linux is running under z/VM.)
The time between z/VM and z/Linux is unmatch.
I use GMT to z/VM and z/Linux as possible.
Please teach me again.

I'm not familiar with TOD(include GMT and UTC).
