What time zone is your Linux system configured for? Linux takes the raw
time value from the VM system clock and interprets it according to it's
own timezone setting.

> Where should I check? or modify definition??

Look in the YaST panels for timezone definition. You will need to
indicate whether your VM system clock is set to GMT or "local" time. You
should run your system clock as GMT and have the operating systems
adjust their offset to reflect the current time for that OS.
