There is a Performance Toolkit redbook that has a chapter about monitoring Linux. It may mention where to get the patch.

The LINUX Kernel needs the "Linux-z/VM monitor stream" patch applied.
The book SC24-6136-00 z/VMPerformance Toolkit Version 5 Release 1.0 doesn't mention where this patch is available from....Only that I need it. Can anyone tell me where I can find this?
