Hello Nicole:

Another way you could move the date would be to use XCOM (IF you have a
license for it, many companies do and aren't aware of it). It will move
the data from between LINUX and a variety of platforms (Z/OS, UNIX,
WINDOWS, etc), you'll get 'guaranteed delivery', and it will make use of
Hipersockets if they're installed. You might want to check to see if you
have a license...and you'd need a copy of it on the receiving side as
well too.

Regards,

Glenn

The only instructions I could find to use IND$FILE was for transfers
between
DOS and MVS. Do you know where I could find instructions to use this
between RedHat Linux and z/OS?

Thanks,
Nicole
