Well, close, but not quite correct. We provide an initial system
restorable with DDR that is used as an install server for client
systems, and tools to make that process easy. You also receive the 390
Debian distribution media as well (it's actually used to create the
install server). 

Having a runnable install server to start with makes things LOTS easier,
and given Debian's fanatical regression testing, it's remarkably simple
to keep systems up to date. We just did a complete OS upgrade on a
system 500 miles away with *one* command... 8-)
