may I suggest that you read Chapter 12 "Monitoring Systems" in the Redbook:
http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redpieces/abstracts/sg247272.html
and also as your company lawyers insist on contributing more to your mail than
you do, why not use a personal email account rather than a company one?
