R/O access to Windows NTFS and FAT, no problem. R/W is a bit more
experimental. 

AIX and Solaris: depends on what filesystem was used on the AIX/Solaris
systems. Zfs on Solaris isn't supported (yet -- we're working on it),
and the JFS on AIX is different than the JFS on Linux. Ext2/3 on AIX 5L
are compatible. I think Linux also has a driver for older Solaris
filesystems, but haven't tried it in a long while.
