That was the information we got from Erin Farr [efarr at us ibm com] that ported OpenSSH to z/OS. This was on the MVS-OE list (MVS OpenEdition <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on 08/05/2005 02:29:00 AM).
You are saying that both scp and sftp only do binary ? (Not disputing it just clearing my understanding up).
