My intention was to talk about the underlying hardware (QDIO OSA -vs-
hipersockets), so my reference to "virtual machines" was perhaps
misleading.  I was thinking that a VM could be implemented either by
z/VM or LPAR, I didn't care, but most people around here are z/VM types
and probably don't think "LPAR" when I say "virtual machine".  I'll try
not to be quite so careless next time.
