Hi list, I am confused. The helpinfo for DEFINE CPU suggests the old prohibition on mixing CPs and IFLs in one lpar still holds. But apar VM64304 ( https://www-304.ibm.com/jct03004c/ibmlink/sis/viewAparDocLink.wss?documentId=VM64304&lc=nl&cc=NL ) implies it is possible to mix CPs and IFLs. While still cumbersome due to the lack of a cpu type on the CPU directory statement it would theoretically be possible to combine IFL only and CP only lpars into one mixed lpar.
