Hi list,

I am confused. The helpinfo for DEFINE CPU suggests the old prohibition on
mixing CPs and IFLs in one lpar still holds. But apar VM64304 (
https://www-304.ibm.com/jct03004c/ibmlink/sis/viewAparDocLink.wss?documentId=VM64304&lc=nl&cc=NL
) implies it is possible to mix CPs and IFLs. While still cumbersome due to
the lack of a cpu type on the CPU directory statement it would theoretically be
possible to combine IFL only and CP only lpars into one mixed lpar. Does anyone
know anything definite on this?

Thanks.

Best regards,
Pieter Harder
