Yes. Neither cares about CP vs IFL. Licensing for VM on regular CPs is a
little strange, though -- make sure you understand it before you get too
far along.

zAAPs are only for z/OS. If you have spare engines on the box, then turn
them into IFLs where they benefit ALL the Linux/VM workload, not just
whatever Java you might have lying around.
